2018 Wind Up

Dear Whitehorse Music School Families,

Thank you for being a part of our school community. We are winding up a wonderful year with this week being the last week of term.

We would like to send our students a big congratulations for their wonderful results in the recent AMEB practical and Theoretical ABRSM examinations. Many of our students received distinctions which is a wonderful result!

Many of our students also participated in our End of Year Summer Concert. It was so lovely to see so many new students perform and also see the marked improvement in performers!

We would like to thank our students and teachers for all of their hard work this year. We wish you all a well deserved holiday break and look forward to seeing you again in 2019!

Kind regards,

Whitehorse Music School

A hard swinging drummer who recently relocated to Melbourne from New York, Ben Charnley launches his debut album Riverside Drive at the Paris Cat on Thursday 10 August.

As a result of his achievements at Berklee, Ben received the Ed Thigpen Award, the Achievement scholarship Award and the World Tour Scholarship. During his time at NYU, he received the Robert Sudick Scholarship and was the recipient of grants from the Ian Potter Foundation Cultural Trust and the American Australian Foundation's Dame Joan Sutherland Fund.
